We believe generosity is an act of worship and a way to participate in what God is doing locally, nationally, and globally.
Stewardship with accountability.
City of Refuge Church encourages giving through both teaching and example. The church supports missions, causes, and charities and gives away at least 10% of its income. Tithing is encouraged but is not required to attend the church or receive ministry.
No one person controls church finances. The church’s leadership is responsible for stewardship and financial safeguards, and the church reports on its financial condition at a yearly congregational meeting.
City of Refuge Church is a 501(c)(3) organization; donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Consult a tax professional for personal tax advice.
