Mark and Abigail Kaple

                Pastor Mark Kaple took over the pastorate of the City of Refuge Church (then Haskell Community Church) in December of 2017 after the passing of his father, Pastor Robert D. Kaple, in November 2017. He was ordained by Pastor John Minor of the Gospel Tabernacle in Coudersport, PA, Mark’s hometown. Mark graduated in 2005 with an Associate’s degree in Theology from Blue Ridge Bible College in Rocky Mount, VA.

                Pastor Abigail Kaple (née Smith) was born and raised in Jersey Shore, PA, and attended Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in Lock Haven, PA. She attended House of the Lord Fellowship under pastors John and Lynn Snyder from 2006 to 2018 when she married Mark and moved to the Haskell Valley. She was ordained by Pastor John Minor of the Gospel Tabernacle in Coudersport, PA.

Aimee Kaple

                Aimee Kaple is the eldest daughter of the late Robert D. Kaple, former pastor of the City of Refuge Church (then Haskell Community Church), and Patricia Kaple. She graduated from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Phys Ed. She earned her master’s degree in Education Counseling from St. Bonaventure University in 2005 and currently works as the director of Behavioral Health Services at Intandem in Olean, New York.
