According to the Bible, a tithe (10%) of all our increase or income belongs to God. For this reason, the City of Refuge Church gives 10% of all that we take in to missions unless the donation is designated to a specific cause. We also gather a special offering in addition to our normal offering on the 2nd Sunday of each month which we give away 100% to missions. All our mission giving is without strings attached; each ministry we give to may use the money as they see fit to the glory of God and the work of the ministry.

Blue Ridge Bible College (Pastor Phil Crandall, Rocky Mount, VA)
Roanoke Gospel Outreach Ministry (Scott and Sandy Lyons, Roanoke, VA)
Elim Fellowship (the Clarks (Haiti) and the McNeals (Kenya))
Eddie James Ministries (Ocoee, TN)
We as a church also support various ministries throughout the year on special occasions or as the Lord directs. These ministries include but are not limited to:
Gideons International
Genesis House
Warming House
Harvest Field Ministries
Mercy Multiplied
Local food pantries
